9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ori44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 ori44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if ori44 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to ori44 or other users; or (d) the player has failed to satisfy ori44's verification requirements.
10.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ori44 reserves the right to void pending bets and bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned after deducting any amounts owed to ori44, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
10.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ori44 support. Upon voluntary closure, all real-money balances (after settlement of pending bets and any amounts owed) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
